execution and liquidity layer for prediction markets . Prediction markets today are fragmented across multiple platforms and chains. Predifi unifies them into a single system by aggregating markets, enabling cross-venue liquidity, and creating native markets with transparent on-chain settlement. By combining market aggregation, liquidity routing, and arbitrage engines, Predifi aims to build the core infrastructure powering prediction markets globally. Role Description We are looking for a

Backend Engineer

experienced in building scalable backend systems and distributed infrastructure, with experience in

modern backend stacks and AWS , to help build the core infrastructure behind Predifi. You will be working on systems that aggregate prediction market liquidity, normalize event definitions across venues, and power cross-venue order routing. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy building

low-latency systems, blockchain infrastructure, and financial primitives .

Responsibilities • Design and build backend services powering Predifi’s trading infrastructure • Build high-performance backend services using Node.js and AWS. • Integrate with blockchain networks and external prediction market APIs • Build indexing pipelines for on-chain data and market activity • Design systems for

market aggregation, order routing, and liquidity management • Collaborate with frontend engineers and product teams to deliver a seamless trading experience • Ensure high reliability, security, and performance of backend systems

Qualifications • Strong experience in

backend software development and distributed systems • Experience building backend services using

Rust, Node.js/TypeScript, or Go • Experience designing and building

REST APIs and event-driven services • Experience working with

PostgreSQL and Redis • Experience working with

blockchain infrastructure (RPC nodes, indexers, event listeners) • Solid understanding of

blockchain architecture and smart contract systems • Familiarity with

EVM ecosystems and smart contract interactions • Strong understanding of

system design, scalability, and performance optimization • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

Nice to Have • Experience building

DeFi protocols or trading infrastructure • Experience with

blockchain indexers or analytics pipelines • Familiarity with

event-driven architectures and real-time systems • Contributions to

open-source Web3 projects • Proficiency in Rust and Solidity
