This is a project-based role for a 4-month duration.

Role Purpose The Culture Manager is responsible for building, nurturing, and amplifying the Dave & Buster’s culture on-ground in Delhi. This role ensures that the venue is not just a place to play, but a community-led experience for guests.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Community Building & Engagement Help organise, plan, and coordinate community-building activities and events. Coordinate with aggregators to list and promote the event. Build connections with local communities, colleges, Resident Welfare Associations, corporates, creators, and interest groups. Drive recurring engagement formats (game nights, contests, themed nights, employee-hosted events)

2. Event Planning & On-Ground Execution Conceptualise culture-led events aligned with the D&B brand (gaming, sports, pop culture, festivals) Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, ops, F&B, bowling, games) for smooth execution Manage event timelines, vendor and external-party coordination, and on-day logistics Ensure high energy, guest interaction, and memorable experiences during events

3. Partnerships & Collaborations Identify and manage partnerships with local brands, creators, sports communities, and campuses Support PR and influencer events from a culture and experience perspective.

4. Planning, Reporting & Optimization Maintain an events and culture calendar Track participation, engagement, and overall impact of initiatives Share post-event reports, learnings, and recommendations Continuously refine formats to keep the culture fresh and exciting

5. Rapid Content Creation & Live Event Coverage Create quick, high-energy content during events and daily venue operations for social media usage Capture live event moments, guest interactions, behind-the-scenes culture, and employee-led experiences Work closely with the marketing and social teams to ensure timely delivery of content aligned with ongoing campaigns and trends
