Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Civil Supervisor based in Tirunelveli. As a Civil Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing construction and site activities to ensure that project requirements are met within agreed timelines and standards. Key responsibilities include managing on-site teams, conducting regular inspections to ensure quality control, ensuring safety guidelines are adhered to, and coordinating tasks effectively with various stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications

Strong Supervisory Skills and experience in managing on-site construction teams Proficiency in Site Supervision and understanding of on-site construction processes Knowledge and expertise in Quality Control to ensure adherence to project standards Effective Communication skills to coordinate with team members and stakeholders Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in high-pressure situations Proficiency in using software tools related to construction management is a plus Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering or a related field
