Role Summary

The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for handling guest and corporate inquiries, managing leads, driving sales conversions, building strong relationships with clients, and supporting the hotel’s overall revenue goals. You will play a key role in converting inbound and outbound leads into confirmed bookings and business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, chat, and website from prospective guests and corporate clients. - Understand customer requirements (dates, group size, special occasions, budget) and recommend appropriate rooms, packages, and services. - Follow up with leads promptly to maximize conversions and bookings. - Provide accurate information on pricing, availability, amenities, facilities, and policies. - Maintain and update CRM or lead-tracking spreadsheets with detailed customer and sales information. - Coordinate with reservations, operations, and concierge teams to ensure smooth booking confirmations and excellent guest experience. - Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and conversion KPIs. - Assist in preparing sales reports and dashboards for management review. - Suggest improvements for sales processes and customer handling to enhance responsiveness and conversion.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree / Hospitality or Business related preferred. - Experience: 1–3 years in hospitality sales, reservations, customer service, or related role (hotel background is an advantage). - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner. - Strong customer focus, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously. - Proficiency with CRM tools or lead-management systems and basic office applications. - Willingness to adapt to changes in guest requirements and sales strategies.

- Previous hospitality or hotel experience. - Strong follow-up discipline and ability to close bookings efficiently. - Guest-centric attitude and ability to build rapport quickly.

1. Availability to work from our Pune office (Monday to Friday), 5 PM to 3 AM. 2. A self-driven, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to manage time effectively and work with initiative. 3. Strong communication skills especially the ability to build rapport over the phone and convey ideas clearly. 4. Excellent written communication for correspondence, proposals, and reports. 5. A bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in the hotel industry. 6. Comfort with technology and CRM tools to support a smooth sales cycle. 7. A collaborative spirit ready to learn from others and share what you know. 8. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially when managing sales records.
