Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Triage and resolve Tier 1 UKG Dimensions support tickets
Review and manage integration error reports between UKG Dimensions and HCM system
Identify and escalate data sync or mapping issues
Partner on investigations with payroll involving pay rule mismatches or calculation discrepancies
Understand and interpret pay rules, work rules, and schedules for configuration or issue resolution
Configure and update pay policies, wage rates, and rule sets within UKG Dimensions
Test and validate configuration changes in the system
Use of Data views and Reports to support troubleshooting and audits
Basic navigation of Setup Data Manager and Process Status
Coordinate with higher-tier support (Kronos support) for complex issues
Skills:
UKG Dimensions system navigation and familiarity with timekeeping/absence modules
Basic troubleshooting skills for system errors, user issues, and integrations
Understanding of pay rules, work rules, and schedule templates
Experience with integration monitoring tools and error resolution
Configuration skills in pay policies, wage rates, and labor rules
Analytical thinking to investigate and resolve discrepancies
Attention to detail when updating system settings or reviewing reports
Data interpretation using Data views, reports, or exports
Communication skills to collaborate with payroll, HR, and HRIS (or any other customers)
Documentation skills for tracking resolutions and changes
