Marketing Manager – India InMode continues to expand, and we are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Marketing Manager based in India .This role will lead the company's marketing strategy—online and offline—driving powerful brand presence, lead generation, and commercial success across one of our highest-growth markets .What you’ll be doing ✨ Lead the annual strategic marketing plan across digital, offline, PR, and events ✨ Define brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy in line with global guidelines ✨ Manage the full marketing budget and ROI evaluation through Salesforce ✨ Coordinate media strategy with PR agencies and Press Office ✨ Collaborate with clinical teams to support scientific and educational content ✨ Partner closely with sales to align campaigns and commercial goals ✨ Oversee omnichannel campaigns – digital, social, CRM, events, and more ✨ Drive lead generation, CRM management, and marketing automation ✨ Define KPIs and dashboards to track performance and growth ✨ Manage agencies, suppliers, and creative production ✨ Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints What we’re looking for: ⭐ Degree in Marketing, Communication, or Business (Master’s is a plus) ⭐ 3+ years in a Marketing Manager role – ideally Medical Devices, Aesthetics, Healthcare, or Beauty ⭐ Strong experience in omnichannel strategy and budget management ⭐ Proficiency with CRM, Salesforce, marketing automation (Pardot) ⭐ Knowledge of digital ecosystems: SEO, paid media, social, email, lead gen ⭐ Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills ⭐ Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability ⭐ Good command of English.
