Senior Technical Architect

Role Overview The ServiceNow Architect will be responsible for

end-to-end platform architecture, solution design, and implementation

of complex ServiceNow programs. This role requires deep expertise in

greenfield implementations, domain-separated environments , and enterprise-scale solutioning, while ensuring adherence to ServiceNow best practices, security, and governance. Key Responsibilities Design and own

end-to-end ServiceNow architecture

across modules and use cases Lead

solution designing

for complex ServiceNow implementations aligned with business and enterprise architecture Drive

greenfield ServiceNow projects , including initial platform setup, data model design, integrations, and governance frameworks Design and implement

ServiceNow Domain Separation

for multi-tenant and large enterprise environments Define scalable, secure, and high-performance architecture standards Lead technical discovery, design workshops, and architecture discussions with clients Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers and consultants Design and oversee integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and third-party systems Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, performance standards, and security guidelines Review configurations, customizations, and code for quality and scalability Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, estimations, and technical presentations Mentor teams and contribute to architectural standards and documentation Required Skills & Experience 7+ years of hands-on experience on the

ServiceNow platform Strong experience across modules such as

ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC, Asset Management Proven hands-on experience with

ServiceNow Domain Separation Strong expertise in

solution designing

for enterprise-scale implementations Demonstrated experience leading

greenfield ServiceNow implementations Strong scripting experience using

JavaScript

and ServiceNow APIs Deep understanding of ServiceNow data model, CMDB, and platform architecture Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions Preferred Qualifications ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD preferred) Experience with Service Portal, Workspaces, and UI Builder Exposure to Agile / SAFe delivery models Experience working in global delivery or client-facing environments Mandatory Requirement Valid passport is mandatory
