Your Mission
A leadership role for someone who thrives in complex solution selling across IT, networking, security, workspace automation, and enterprise infrastructure.
Drive New Enterprise Growth
Build relationships across CIO, CTO, Admin, Facility, IT Heads & Procurement
Identify opportunities across corporate, healthcare, tech parks, education, and government
Build a high-value funnel and close strategic deals
Lead Solution Strategy & Proposal Excellence
Work with engineering, projects, operations, service & finance teams
Design AV, VC, UC, IT, and automation solutions that set new standards
Own proposals, contracts, SOWs, and documentation in alignment with SOPs
Become the Face of Resurgent for Key Accounts
Engage C-level leaders, architects, consultants & ecosystem partners
Conduct solution pitches, negotiations, and final closures
Ensure seamless transition from sales to delivery
Deliver Revenue, Margin & Conversion Targets
Own regional sales quotas and gross profit thresholds
Follow structured sales processes: lead → pitch → negotiate → close → handover
Ensure every opportunity is captured, explored, and fully maximized
Mentor, Influence & Elevate the Sales Function
Guide team members with clarity, motivation, and strategic thinking
Work closely with management on large pitches, complex pursuits & market strategy
Bring insights from AV/IT advancements into the business
What You Bring
We’re not looking for AV specialists — we’re looking for enterprise solution leaders.
You may come from:
IT hardware / enterprise solutions
Networking & switching
Structured cabling companies
Office automation
Security & surveillance systems
IoT or building automation
Collaboration / UC systems
You’re a great fit if you have:
8–15+ years
selling technical solutions to enterprise customers
Experience handling large, multi-stakeholder accounts
Strong negotiation & storytelling skills
Confidence engaging CIOs, CTOs, IT heads, facility heads, architects, and consultants
The ability to turn needs into strategy, and strategy into business
