Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in

Lonavala, Pune (410403)

. The Human Resources Manager will oversee all aspects of HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation. Responsibilities include developing and executing HR strategies, managing recruitment processes, overseeing employee onboarding and training, maintaining compliance with labor laws, and fostering an inclusive workplace culture. The role also involves consulting with leadership on organizational development and driving initiatives to enhance employee engagement and performance.

Qualifications Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment processes, and workforce planning Strong abilities in employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive organizational culture Knowledge of labor laws (including implementation of the new labor code of Nov 2025), compliance requirements, and policy development Skills in performance management, training, and employee engagement strategies Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills Proficiency in HR software and tools, and familiarity with HR analytics Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in the manufacturing or engineering industry is beneficial Highly organized with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
