Are you a result-driven sales professional who loves closing deals and building growth strategies? We’re looking for a passionate Sales & Marketing Manager with 4–5 years of experience to help scale our task management software across the Indian market.

What You’ll Do:

✅ Generate and convert B2B leads (startups, SMEs, agencies, corporates)

✅ Conduct product demos and close deals

✅ Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns

✅ Build partnerships and expand market reach

✅ Manage CRM and sales pipeline

✅ Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets

What We’re Looking For:

✔ 4–5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing (SaaS/IT preferred)

✔ Strong B2B sales and lead generation skills

✔ Experience in LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing & digital channels

✔ Excellent communication and negotiation

✔ Target-driven and self-motivated

Compensation:

Fixed Salary (As per Market Trend)+ Performance Incentives
