Role: This role will be responsible for day-to-day execution and optimization of SVF’s Meta pages. The candidate must understand

Bengali content deeply

and have strong operational discipline across uploads, scheduling, metadata, rights hygiene, and monetization eligibility. This is an execution-heavy role with direct impact on watch-time and revenue stability.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Content Operations Upload, schedule, and optimize video content across

Facebook & Instagram. Ensure correct

metadata, tagging, descriptions, thumbnails, and rights compliance. Maintain content calendar aligned with cultural and festival moments.

2. Monetization Compliance & Hygiene Monitor monetization eligibility and policy flags. Coordinate resolution of demonetization, rights blocks, and claims. Ensure all pages meet

Meta monetization thresholds. Track in-stream and Reels monetization status daily.

3. Performance Optimization Monitor key metrics: Watch time Retention Engagement rate CTR Identify which

Bengali formats

are performing and which are underperforming. Recommend A/B testing for thumbnails, hooks, and cut durations.

4. Page Management & Growth Support launch of new genre-based or theme-based pages. Track competitor

Bengali pages and trending formats . Maintain structured reporting dashboards.

Must Have Skills: 3–6 years of experience managing

Meta pages . Strong understanding of

Bengali films, music, and audience trends. Comfortable with

Meta Business Suite & Creator tools . Detail-oriented, process-driven, and analytics-aware.
