Job Description: Senior UI Developer

We are looking for a

mid-to-senior level UI Developer

who can support the transition and development efforts. Below is a high-level overview of the role and the expected capabilities.

Objective Migrate the core business logic of the insurance application from the existing

AEM platform

to a

high-performance Next.js/React layer , enabling improved scalability, flexibility, and overall application performance.

Key Responsibilities Architecture & Platform Understanding Build and maintain the

Next.js/React foundational architecture and development environment . Demonstrate a strong understanding of

AEM core capabilities and architecture

(or experience with similar CMS platforms). Work with the existing

AEM implementation built as a custom SPA

to support migration and integration efforts.

UI Development & API Integration Convert

Figma designs into production-ready HTML/CSS , leveraging modern development and AI-assisted tools where appropriate. Strong working knowledge of

CSS frameworks such as Tailwind and Bootstrap . Good understanding of

web accessibility standards and best practices . Experience with

API integration and front-end service orchestration .

This role will require

close collaboration with the product, architecture, and integration teams

to ensure the migration delivers both

performance improvements and functional continuity .
