About the Role: We are seeking an experienced

Solar & Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) professional

to lead t echnical design, EPC execution, and techno-commercial support

for solar and hybrid energy projects. The role involves working on

solar, BESS, and diesel hybrid systems , supporting

project delivery, client interactions, and business development , with strong exposure to

international island projects .

Key Responsibilities: Design and review

solar PV systems

(rooftop & ground-mounted), including system sizing, layouts, SLDs, and yield analysis Support

BESS integration , including battery sizing, hybrid configurations, and charge–discharge strategies Manage and support

EPC execution

from engineering to commissioning Coordinate with

vendors, OEMs, contractors, and internal teams Review BOQs, technical specifications, and drawings Support

tenders, proposals, and PPA-based projects

with technical inputs Participate in

client meetings, site visits, and technical presentations Assist leadership in identifying and developing

new project opportunities

Required Skills & Experience: Technical Skills Solar PV system design & execution Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) Hybrid systems (Solar + BESS + DG) Testing, commissioning, and O&M support PVsyst / Helioscope / AutoCAD

Commercial & Project Skills EPC project execution BOQ & vendor management Technical proposals & tenders Understanding of

PPA structures

and energy yield models Client & stakeholder coordination

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in

Electrical / Mechanical / Renewable Energy Engineering 5–10+ years

of experience in solar EPC, BESS, or hybrid power projects Willingness to travel internationally (especially the Maldives)
