Job Summary We are seeking a detail oriented and technically skilled LabVantage Support Specialist to provide application support troubleshooting and maintenance for the LabVantage LIMS Laboratory Information Management System The ideal candidate will work closely with laboratory users IT teams and vendors to ensure the smooth operation and continuous improvement of the LabVantage platform Key Responsibilities Provide end to end support for LabVantage LIMS applications including incident resolution service requests and problem management Monitor system logs and escalate critical issues to the appropriate teams or vendors Configure and manage master data Create and maintain Jasper Reports for consistent and accurate reporting Collaborate with QA IT and lab personnel to gather requirements and implement system enhancements Create and maintain documentation for system configurations SOPs and user guides Utilize SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting Preferred Qualifications Experience with LabVantage 8x or higher Experience in Jasper reports Good SQL knowledge
