Key Responsibilities:

Drive retail merchandising strategies to optimize product assortment and sell-through across stores. Coordinate with buying, VM, and retail teams to ensure effective product placement and inventory planning. Monitor stock levels, replenishment, and sales performance across stores. Analyze sales trends and provide insights for product movement and demand planning. Ensure brand standards and merchandising guidelines are maintained across all retail touchpoints.

Requirements:

3–6 years of experience in

retail merchandising

within

luxury or premium apparel brands . Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory planning, and product lifecycle. Excellent analytical and coordination skills.
