Role: Saviynt Support Specialist
NextGen Identity is seeking a skilled
Saviynt Support Specialist
to manage and support enterprise IAM solutions built on the Saviynt platform. This role is ideal for professionals with strong troubleshooting expertise, operational support experience, and a solid understanding of identity governance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide L2/L3 support for Saviynt IGA platform, ensuring system stability and performance
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to access requests, certifications, and integrations
Manage and maintain workflows, connectors, and security configurations
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures
Support periodic access reviews, audit requests, and compliance activities
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to address incidents and service requests
Work on enhancements, bug fixes, and continuous improvements in the Saviynt environment
Required Skills & Experience:
5–8 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
Hands-on experience in Saviynt support, troubleshooting, and administration
Strong understanding of IGA concepts such as provisioning, certifications, and RBAC
Experience working with SQL, APIs, and directory services (AD/LDAP)
Familiarity with incident management and ticketing tools
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Saviynt certification is an added advantage
