About the Role

The Product Manager identifies customer needs and the larger business objectives that a product or feature will fulfill, articulates what success looks like for a product, and rallies a team to turn that vision into reality. The role is responsible for setting the product roadmap and vision, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring successful end-to-end product rollout.

Responsibilities

- Product Vision & Strategy - Define and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with business objectives. - Set and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. - Identify customer pain points and translate them into actionable product requirements. - Position new products in line with customer demands and market trends. - - Stakeholder Management - Align stakeholders around the product vision and strategy. - Deliver technical information on new and updated products to relevant teams. - Foster a shared understanding across larger teams to empower independent decision-making. - - Product Delivery - Lead the end-to-end rollout of products and features. - Ensure timely delivery and high-quality execution of product initiatives. - Continuously monitor product performance and iterate based on feedback and data. - - Customer Focus - Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions. - Ensure products meet or exceed customer expectations and deliver value.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in product management, preferably in a technology-driven environment. - Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results. - Analytical mindset with a passion for solving customer problems.

Required Skills

- 8+ years of experience in product management or related roles within a technology-driven environment. - Demonstrated success in managing the end-to-end lifecycle of digital products or platforms. - Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
