4–6 Years Job Responsibilities • Develop and manage commercial relationships with a portfolio of

strategic international agent partners

to ensure retention, growth, and long-term collaboration. • Work

exclusively with international agents

(no direct shipper or consignee engagement), supporting cross-trade and network-based business operations. • Identify, evaluate, and onboard

new international agents

to expand trade lane coverage and business opportunities. • Handle and resolve

commercial escalations

related to pricing, service performance, or contractual matters while maintaining strong partnerships. • Evaluate and contribute to

network memberships

to support commercial and operational objectives. • Support and lead

commercial contract negotiations , balancing service quality, operational capabilities, and cost management. • Manage and grow

existing agent accounts

by identifying new opportunities and improving overall commercial performance. • Act as the

primary commercial point of contact

for assigned international agent partners. • Collaborate closely with

internal operations and management teams

to ensure commercially agreed solutions are operationally feasible. Requirements •

4–6 years of experience

in freight forwarding, logistics, or the broader supply chain industry. • Strong knowledge of

air freight, ocean freight, and cross-trade operations . • Proven experience managing

agent relationships and commercial negotiations

within international logistics networks. • Excellent

communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills . • Strong

commercial mindset

with the ability to balance business objectives with operational realities. •

Highly desirable:

Experience working with

international freight forwarding networks . •

Experience using

Salesforce or similar CRM systems .
