Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and training coordination. This role will play a key part in onboarding, employee engagement, HR documentation, and supporting training and development initiatives to ensure employees are well-equipped for their roles.

Key Responsibilities
Training and Development
• Coordinate and support employee onboarding and functional training programs
• Assist in scheduling training sessions, preparing training trackers, and maintaining training records
• Coordinate with trainers, managers, and operations teams for training nominations
• Support product, process, and soft skills training initiatives
• Track training completion, feedback, and effectiveness
• Assist HR Manager in implementing learning and development initiatives
Employee Relations
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries and HR-related concerns
• Support resolution of employee concerns in line with company policies
• Ensure proper communication of HR policies and organizational updates
Employee Engagement
• Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and activities
• Support employee communication and engagement programs
• Help promote a positive and professional work environment
HR Compliance and Policy Implementation
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
• Support HR audits and maintain compliance documentation
• Assist in implementing HR initiatives and organizational processes
Exit Management
• Manage exit formalities including documentation and clearance coordination
• Conduct exit interviews and maintain exit records
Employee Lifecycle Management
• Manage onboarding and induction processes to ensure a smooth joining experience
• Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HRMS data
• Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, confirmation letters, and exit documentation
• Coordinate employee confirmation and probation review processes
HR Operations
• Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and shift coordination
• Support payroll by providing accurate attendance and employee status inputs
• Ensure proper maintenance of employee records and documentation
• Coordinate issuance and collection of employee ID cards and other assets

Eligibility Criteria
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, or HR & Training coordination role
• Experience in training coordination or L&D support is preferred
