Key Responsibilities Create and refresh listing images, A+ content, and brand store creatives across marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra) Design static performance marketing creatives per month Develop UGC-style creatives and short video assets for paid campaigns Work closely with performance marketing team to improve CTR Maintain strict adherence to brand guidelines, visual identity, typography, and color systems Develop campaign logos and build strong brand trademark visual assets Create social media creatives and support engagement rate targets Deliver static creatives and video creatives within given timeline Participate in monthly brainstorming sessions and contribute 1–2 campaign ideas per month Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, content, and category teams

Key Skills & Competencies 3–5 years of experience in D2C, ecommerce, or performance-led brands Strong understanding of marketplace creatives- banners, listing, A+ content design Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) Basic understanding of performance metrics such as CTR, engagement rate, and conversion to judge the performance of the creative. Ability to manage high creative volumes without compromising quality Strong ownership mindset with attention to detail Good communication and collaboration skills

Optional / Good-to-Have Skills Experience in skincare / beauty / lifestyle brands Motion graphics and short-form video editing skills Working knowledge of AI tools like ChatGPT, Google Gemini, or 3D tools like Blender Basic understanding of A/B testing creatives for performance optimization
