Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Saviynt / Azure AD Consultants with strong expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to support enterprise-level IAM implementations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Saviynt platform configuration, Azure AD integration, and identity lifecycle management in a client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and support IAM solutions using the Saviynt platform. - Configure Saviynt rules, workflows, and connectors as per business requirements. - Onboard applications into Saviynt, including access policies, roles, and approval workflows. - Develop and integrate REST API-based connectors for seamless integration with external systems. - Implement and manage identity lifecycle processes (Joiner, Mover, Leaver). - Drive role governance, access reviews, and certification campaigns. - Work closely with Azure AD teams to manage tenant architecture, federation, and authentication flows. - Collaborate with stakeholders, security teams, and business users to deliver scalable IAM solutions. - Provide technical guidance and support for IAM best practices.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

- 7+ years of overall experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM). - Strong hands-on experience with Saviynt, including: Rules configuration, Workflow design, Connector development and integration. - Deep expertise in Azure AD, including: Tenant architecture, Federation, Authentication and authorization flows - Proven experience in role governance and identity lifecycle management. - Strong experience in REST connector implementation and REST API integrations. - Experience onboarding enterprise applications into Saviynt.

Good-to-Have Skills

- Exposure to Microsoft MTO (Multi-Tenant Organization) features. - Experience with cross-tenant identity strategies. - Knowledge of cloud security and IAM best practices.

Soft Skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work independently in a client-facing role.
