in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation , with hands-on experience in configuration, implementation, and support. Deep understanding of

compensation planning, salary structures, merit cycles, budgets, and guidelines . Ability to analyze, interpret, and leverage data to drive compensation decisions and system improvements. Proven experience in engaging with business stakeholders and translating needs into system solutions. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
