Role Summary: Design eye-catching YouTube thumbnails for a kids educational channel that increase click-through rate (CTR) and maintain consistent visual branding. Responsibilities: Design thumbnails for all published videos Maintain consistent colors, characters, and visual style Create bold, clear designs that attract clicks Work closely with the editor and content head to match the video theme Deliver thumbnails according to the publishing schedule Requirements: Experience designing YouTube thumbnails Strong graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar) Understanding of visual hierarchy and click psychology Ability to create clean, colorful designs suitable for kids content Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Thumbnail click-through rate (CTR) Consistency of visual branding Timely delivery aligned with video publishing schedule
