Cosmetics Manager

We are hiring a Subject Matter Expert (SME)at Scholastika for the AI-Enhanced Beauty course, focusing on AI applications, prompt engineering, personalization, and ethical AI practices within the cosmetic and beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop AI-focused instructional content and case studies - Create and review prompt engineering exercises - Validate AI-driven beauty and personalization use cases - Ensure ethical AI and data privacy compliance - Collaborate with instructional designers and stakeholders - Participate in weekly review meetings

Requirements

- Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, AI, Marketing, Cosmetic Science, or related fields - Proven experience applying AI in the beauty or cosmetic industry - Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI personalization - Understanding of ethical AI and consumer data privacy - Experience in online course development
