Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute annual campus hiring strategies aligned with workforce planning
- Build and manage relationships with universities, engineering colleges, and placement cells
- Plan and execute campus drives, virtual hiring events, hackathons, and assessment days
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for fresher and internship hiring
- Partner with business, delivery, and HR teams to define talent requirements
- Drive employer branding initiatives across campuses and digital platforms
- Manage recruitment vendors, assessment partners, and background verification agencies
- Track hiring metrics, offer-to-join ratios, and campus ROI
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies, timelines, and diversity goals
Qualifications & Experience
- Masterโs degree in HR, Management, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in campus recruitment, preferably in IT / ITES
- Strong network across engineering and management institutes
- Hands-on experience with large-scale fresher hiring and internship programs
- Knowledge of ATS tools, online assessments, and virtual hiring platforms
