Role Overview We are hiring a skilled

PowerCurve Collections (PCC) Developer

with strong hands-on expertise in

Experian PowerCurve Collections v2.x/v3.x , including workflow customization, UI enhancements, and API integrations. The role involves developing end-to-end collection strategies, optimizing decision flows, and ensuring seamless integrations with banking and enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities Configure, customize, and enhance

Experian PowerCurve Collections (PCC v3.x) . Build and orchestrate

collections workflows, strategies, treatment paths, decisioning logic

using PCC Studio. Customize UI screens and client-side logic using

JavaScript, HTML, CSS

in Page Designer. Design and integrate

REST APIs

with CRM, Core Banking, Payment Gateways, DWH, and third-party apps. Use

PCC IDE

for advanced development, debugging, packaging, and deployment. Write and optimize

SQL / PL-SQL

for data validation, strategy development, and performance tuning. Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, DevOps, and QA teams. Support system upgrades, migrations, environment promotions, and patch deployments. Troubleshoot production issues and lead root cause analysis. Contribute to

CI/CD pipelines

using Jenkins, Git, GitLab, or similar tools.

Required Skills 5+ years of IT experience,

3+ years in PCC v2.x/v3.x . Strong command over

PCC Studio, Page Designer, Connectivity, IDE . JavaScript, HTML, CSS for UI enhancements. Strong SQL, PL/SQL (Oracle). Hands-on experience with

REST APIs, JSON . Good knowledge of

Collections Strategy , DPD flows, delinquency treatments. Excellent problem-solving & debugging skills.

Preferred Qualifications Experience in

Banking/NBFC

Collections domain. Exposure to

PowerCurve Originations . Familiarity with

Linux, JBoss/WebLogic, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Ansible . Understanding of

ETL pipelines , data migration, UAT/PROD cutovers.
