Immediate to 30 Days Key Responsibilities & Skills ✔ Strong experience in

Windows Server Administration (2016/2019 or later) ✔ Installation, patching, GPO, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP & Failover Clustering ✔ Experience supporting

VMware vSphere

environments (VM provisioning, vMotion, snapshots, upgrades) ✔ Automation scripting using

PowerShell (Mandatory) ; Python/Bash is a plus ✔ Incident management &

Root Cause Analysis

across infrastructure and OS layers ✔ Experience with monitoring & ITSM tools like

PagerDuty, ServiceNow, Zabbix, Nagios, Veeam, SolarWinds ✔ Good understanding of

Networking & TCP/IP concepts ⭐

Nice to Have: • ITIL process knowledge • Linux/Unix exposure • Cloud support experience (AWS/Azure) • Configuration management tools (SCCM/Ansible) Strong communication skills to collaborate with global teams and document processes effectively.
