Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Design high-quality marketing creatives for social media, website, brochures, catalogues, and ads •⁠ ⁠Create product packaging concepts, mockups, and layout designs •⁠ ⁠Work on brand identity, typography, color palettes, and visual storytelling •⁠ ⁠Develop designs for print media (flyers, banners, posters, corporate decks) •⁠ ⁠Create compelling designs, maintaining premium brand consistency •⁠ ⁠Edit product photos, lifestyle images, and graphics for e-commerce •⁠ ⁠Work closely with the marketing and product teams to understand briefs and deliver visuals accordingly •⁠ ⁠Maintain and organize design files, folders, and asset libraries •⁠ ⁠Prepare final artwork files for print and digital platforms •⁠ ⁠Assist in content planning for social media (visual direction & ideas) •⁠ ⁠Basic Excel sheet management for design workflow, versioning, and task tracking

Required Skills & Qualifications

•⁠ ⁠Must be based in Gurugram / Comfortable for travelling to Gurugram •⁠ ⁠Minimum 2 years of professional experience in graphic design •⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of branding, layouts, composition, and color theory •⁠ ⁠Ability to deliver quick turnarounds while maintaining premium quality •⁠ ⁠Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to think visually •⁠ ⁠Must bring own laptop

Proficiency in: •⁠ ⁠Adobe Photoshop •⁠ ⁠Adobe Illustrator •⁠ ⁠Canva (Expert level) •⁠ ⁠Basic MS Excel

Preferred (Bonus) Skills

•⁠ ⁠(Not mandatory but advantageous) •⁠ ⁠Experience with packaging design (FMCG, food products) •⁠ ⁠Knowledge of social media trends and visual strategy •⁠ ⁠Photography or video-editing skills •⁠ ⁠Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple design briefs
