proactive and driven Non-IT Recruiter

to join our growing recruitment team.

Role: Non-IT Recruiter This is an

end-to-end recruitment role , focused on hiring across diverse business functions —

operations, sales, marketing, finance, HR, supply chain, and more.

You’ll own the full hiring cycle, manage multiple mandates, and deliver high-quality talent with speed and precision.

Key Responsibilities Manage

end-to-end recruitment : sourcing, screening, coordination, selection, offer closure, and onboarding support. Source candidates through

Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and social media networks. Screen candidates for relevant skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and ensure smooth communication between candidates and clients. Handle

salary negotiations and post-offer follow-ups

to ensure successful joining. Build and maintain a

strong candidate pipeline

for recurring and niche roles. Maintain

daily/weekly hiring reports

and consistently meet defined recruitment targets. Deliver an excellent

candidate and client experience

throughout the process.

Required Skills & Competencies 2–4 years of proven experience as a

Non-IT Recruiter . Expertise in

lateral and bulk hiring

across non-technical domains. Strong knowledge of

job portals, Boolean search, market mapping, and headhunting . Excellent

communication and negotiation

skills. Ability to work independently and handle

multiple open positions under tight deadlines. Familiarity with

ATS or recruitment CRMs

will be an added advantage.

Preferred Background Experience recruiting in

BFSI, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, FMCG, Logistics, or related sectors. Bachelor’s degree in

HR, Business Administration, or related field.
