Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist at The Shri Ram Academy, located in Hyderabad. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, developing and executing hiring strategies, and building employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. Key responsibilities include sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and collaborating with various departments to meet hiring needs. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills to ensure a seamless recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Qualifications

- Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and applying best practices to attract high-quality talent - Proficiency in Hiring processes and strategies, including workforce planning and job analysis - Strong Employer Branding expertise to effectively promote the organization as a preferred place to work - Skills in Interviewing and assessing candidates to identify the best fit for roles within the organization - Knowledge and experience in Recruiting processes, including sourcing and engaging qualified candidates - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills - Familiarity with recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems - Relevant experience in the education sector is a plus - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
