Job Title: Bengali to English Interpreter (Work From Home – 24/7 Process)

Location: Remote (Work From Home)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift: 24/7 Rotational Shifts (including night shifts & weekends)

CTC: Up to ₹5.4 LPA (Based on experience & communication skills)

About the Role:

We are looking for highly proficient Nepalese to English Interpreters to join our 24/7 remote interpreting process. The role involves real-time verbal interpretation between Bengali and English speakers to ensure clear and accurate communication across conversations.

This is a Work From Home opportunity ideal for candidates with excellent bilingual communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide real-time, accurate interpretation between Bengali and English speakers - Facilitate clear communication during calls, meetings, and customer interactions - Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times - Handle inbound interpretation requests efficiently in a 24/7 rotational shift environment - Ensure linguistic accuracy, cultural sensitivity, and clarity in conversations - Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements - Maintain consistent call quality and service levels

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Excellent spoken communication skills in Bengali and English (Mandatory) - Strong listening, comprehension, and interpretation abilities - Neutral accent and clear pronunciation in both languages - Ability to multitask and interpret in real-time conversations - Comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts (including night shifts) - Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills - Prior interpretation, BPO, or customer support experience is preferred but not mandatory

Eligibility Criteria:

- Graduate / Undergraduate (any discipline) - Minimum 1 year of experience in interpretation, voice process, or bilingual roles preferred - Freshers with exceptional language proficiency may also apply - Must have a dedicated home workspace with stable internet and a noise-free environment - Immediate joiners preferred
