Role Description
We are seeking a
Growth & Partnerships Associate
for a full‑time, hybrid position based in India. This role sits at the intersection of
business strategy, partnerships, and execution
and works closely with founders and senior stakeholders. As part of this role, you will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop, manage, and expand strategic relationships. Your day‑to‑day work will involve understanding markets, identifying growth opportunities, shaping outreach narratives, and turning conversations into long‑term business value.
This is not a script‑based sales role. It is a
thinking + people role
designed for individuals who enjoy ownership, ambiguity, and building things from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be expected to operate across
growth, partnerships, user acquisition, and early sales , with a strong bias toward execution and outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include:
Identifying and researching growth opportunities across partnerships, distribution channels, user segments, and geographies
Driving
user acquisition initiatives , including outbound outreach, ecosystem partnerships, events, pilots, and experiments
Supporting and executing
early sales motions , including prospecting, discovery conversations, demos, follow-ups, and closing loops
Working on
scaling business operations , helping design repeatable processes for partnerships, onboarding, and growth
Developing and managing strategic partnerships that can accelerate adoption and revenue
Analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and competitive dynamics to inform growth and sales strategy
Collaborating closely with founders and internal teams to align growth, sales, and product priorities
Preparing research briefs, internal strategy notes, and client-facing materials when needed
Tracking results, learning from outcomes, and iterating quickly based on what works
This role requires comfort switching between strategy and hands-on execution, often within the same week.

Can rally people when needed—whether that means coordinating internal teams, external partners, or temporary collaborators—to get something done
Think beyond short-term tasks and understand how individual initiatives connect to long-term scale and company direction
Prefer doing what it takes to move the needle over spending time on decks, content, or AI-generated plans with no execution
This role is not suited for someone who only wants to follow instructions, focus narrowly on assigned tasks, or optimize purely for salary and comfort. It is designed for builders who want responsibility, ownership, and the satisfaction of seeing real-world impact.
Qualifications
Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data effectively.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills for building and maintaining partnerships.
Strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to identify growth opportunities and support decision-making.
Familiarity with digital tools and platforms, as well as project collaboration tools, to enhance efficiency.
Passion for technology, innovation, and an understanding of emerging trends in AI, machine learning, and data processing is an advantage.
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience will be considered.
