Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager who can build visibility, control, and efficiency across the end-to-end supply chain. This role focuses on planning, coordination, and execution—ensuring materials, inventory, and operations move seamlessly to support business objectives. Key Responsibilities Plan, manage, and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations Oversee procurement, vendor management, logistics, and inventory control Forecast demand and align supply plans to business requirements Drive cost optimization while maintaining quality and service levels Monitor supply chain KPIs and implement process improvements Coordinate with production, sales, finance, and warehouse teams Identify risks and develop mitigation plans for supply disruptions Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or a related field Proven experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management Strong understanding of procurement, inventory planning, and demand forecasting Experience working with ERP / supply chain systems Excellent analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Good to Have Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, retail, or industrial sectors Exposure to global sourcing and international logistics Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or process optimization methodologies Experience managing cross-functional or multi-location teams
