Hiring: Project Manager – Operations | Commercial/Business Banking

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 6–12 Years

We are looking for a Project Manager with strong expertise in Commercial/Business Banking operations to lead strategic and operational transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end projects across onboarding, KYC, credit ops, documentation, disbursement, transaction banking & collections Project Managers Drive process improvement, standardization & regulatory alignment (RBI) Project Managers Collaborate with Business, Risk, Legal, Compliance & Ops teams Project Managers Translate business requirements into BRDs/FRDs & lead UAT cycles Project Managers Support digital initiatives including workflow tools, RPA, OCR & system enhancements Project Managers

Must Have Strong knowledge of Commercial/Business Banking operations Experience in process re-engineering & operational risk frameworks Project Managers Familiarity with RBI guidelines & audit standards Project Managers

Good to Have Exposure to automation/BPM tools & digital transformation Power BI / dashboarding experience PMP/Prince2/Agile certifications

Success will be measured by TAT reduction, improved controls, on-time delivery & enhanced customer experience Project Manager
