Job Description: We are seeking a skilled

EDI Analyst / EDI Support Analyst

to support a complex enterprise EDI environment. This role involves end‑to‑end monitoring, troubleshooting, and stabilizing EDI processes across multiple VANs, customers, ERP systems, and internal business teams. You will help maintain a legacy EDI ecosystem while the client undergoes a multi‑year modernization program. ✅ Responsibilities Support day‑to‑day

EDI operations

across a multi‑system, high‑volume environment. Troubleshoot inbound and outbound EDI transactions across

BizTalk ,

Cadacus , and partner systems. Investigate issues from

VAN → ERP for inbound , and

ERP → Customer/VAN for outbound

documents. Monitor and resolve issues related to mapping, translation, missing/duplicate records, and rejected transactions. Run and supervise daily EDI batch jobs, including

invoice generation and transmission . Utilize

SQL queries

to trace transactions, validate data flow, and troubleshoot discrepancies. Analyze raw EDI files, including

segments, elements, qualifiers , and mapping logic to identify root causes. Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, Finance, IT, and external vendors to resolve EDI issues. Document recurring issues and recommend process or mapping improvements. Supported Transaction Sets 850

hands‑on experience in EDI support & troubleshooting. Strong knowledge of

ANSI X12 standards . Experience with

BizTalk

and/or

Cadacus

(or similar EDI platforms). Strong

SQL

skills for transaction tracing and validation. Ability to read, interpret, and troubleshoot

raw EDI files and mappings . Strong understanding of

order‑to‑cash

and

purchase order lifecycle . Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills. Comfort working in

high‑volume, fast‑paced support environments . ⭐ Nice to Have Experience with

Syspro ERP . Background in

food, manufacturing, or distribution

industries. Experience working with VANs such as

SPS, TrueCommerce, GXS/OpenText , etc. Warehouse / 3PL EDI experience (940/945). Experience with

Boomi

or other integration platforms. Additional Notes This is a

mid‑level support role

(not junior, not architect). Focus is on

stabilization and support , not development. Training will be provided for ERP‑specific processes. Strong chance of contract extension due to multi‑year transformation.
