Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented

Purchase Specialist

to manage the purchasing of products, materials, and services for our company. The ideal candidate will ensure timely delivery, quality control, and cost-effective procurement. Key Responsibilities: Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers. Prepare purchase orders and maintain purchase records. Track and ensure timely delivery of materials. Check the quality of materials received. Coordinate with internal teams for procurement needs. Maintain updated records of invoices and payments. Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing. Good negotiation and communication skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems. Attention to detail and organizational skills.
