iTCart is expanding its BFSI delivery capabilities and is looking for an experienced

Collection Manager

to lead debt recovery operations, manage high-risk portfolios, and drive compliant, performance-driven collections.

Experience & Expertise 8+ years

of experience in Debt Collection Management 5+ years

leading and managing collection teams Strong hands-on experience with

NPA and Write-Off portfolios DRA Certification – Mandatory

Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize NPA and write-off portfolios to maximize recovery Lead, mentor, and scale collection teams across geographies Ensure strict adherence to

RBI guidelines

and

Fair Practice Code (FPC) Oversee legal recovery processes and vendor coordination Drive recovery strategies using

portfolio analysis and MIS reporting Handle escalations, negotiations, and complex customer cases effectively

Required Skills Team Leadership & People Management Strong Negotiation & Conflict Resolution skills Portfolio & MIS Analysis Compliance-driven operational mindset
