Job Title: Executive Assistant to the Founders
Location: Salt Lake
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday 11am to 8pm
Salary: 35-45k per month
Minimum 3 years of experience required
Bandhani is looking for a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support our Founders in driving strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations.
Role Overview:
The Executive Assistant will work closely with the Founders to streamline operations, manage schedules, coordinate brand-related activities, and serve as a key representative of the leadership office. This role requires someone polished, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of operating with complete discretion while supporting a creative, fast-paced luxury environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal teams, VIP clients, designers, partners, and external collaborators
- Prepare briefs, presentations, brand decks, and meeting notes
- Oversee follow-ups on business and creative initiatives across departments
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure seamless workflow for the Founders
- Coordinate between the design team, production units, artisans
- Coordinate photoshoots, campaigns, lookbook creation, and content-related tasks
- Manage event planning for exhibitions, previews, and client engagement
Qualifications:
-3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally in fashion, luxury retail, textiles, or creative industries
-Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities
-Understanding of fashion production cycles is a significant plus
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to thrive in a dynamic, creative, and detail-driven environment
