Job Description:

We are looking for experienced Real Estate Sales Executives with deep knowledge of either North Bangalore (Hebbal, Yelahanka, Devanahalli, etc.) or South Bangalore (JP Nagar, Kanakapura Road, Bannerghatta Road, Electronic City, etc.). The ideal candidate must have strong client follow-up discipline, excellent builder coordination skills, and the ability to close high-value property deals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle property sales transactions end-to-end, from lead to closure. - Communicate and coordinate with builder sales teams for site visits, inventory, and pricing. - Identify and meet prospective clients, understand their property requirements, and follow up consistently. - Conduct professional site visits and confidently present project details. - Provide market insights and project comparisons to help clients decide. - Build and maintain a strong network of buyers, investors, and builders. - Negotiate and close deals while ensuring complete client satisfaction. - Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales (channel partner background preferred). - Strong knowledge of North OR South Bangalore projects and micro-markets. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and client handling skills. - Strong relationship-building ability with builder teams. - Proven track record of closing property deals and meeting sales targets. - Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license. - Existing client database will be an added advantage.
