About the Role The Fit-Out Manager will oversee property fit-out projects across Union Living. This role requires expertise in AutoCAD, vendor management, and end-to-end execution, ensuring properties are launch-ready.

Key Responsibilities Prepare and review AutoCAD layouts, aligning with SOPs. Manage fit-out execution across multiple properties. Handle vendor onboarding, rate negotiations, GRN process, and documentation. Maintain fit-out data records and assist in procurement audits. Work closely with Procurement for Opex purchases. Report directly to leadership while collaborating cross-functionally.

Requirements 5–7 years in fit-out management or project execution. Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and technical drawings. Experience in vendor management and procurement processes. Excellent negotiation and site management skills. Open to travel to multiple cities. Basic excel knowledge.
