Talent Acquistion Manager

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager Location: Gurgaon/Bangalore (On-site) About Urban Company Urban Company is Asia’s largest home services platform, connecting millions of customers with trained professionals across categories such as cleaning, beauty, appliance repair, and more. What you'll do: Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, including ATS management, job posting, sourcing strategy, pipeline building, interview coordination, and offer closure. Write compelling job advertisements and drive talent attraction initiatives across internal and external channels. Partner closely with hiring managers to design and execute competency-based assessment processes, align expectations, and enable informed hiring decisions. Equip hiring managers with team-fit and structured interview frameworks and act as a trusted advisor in final hiring decisions. Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience by providing timely and constructive feedback and ensuring smooth handover to the pre-boarding team post hiring. Contribute to the Talent Acquisition roadmap, including annual planning and quarterly/monthly reviews. Act as a strategic business partner by proactively sharing hiring insights, market intelligence, and recommendations. What we're looking for: Proven 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with exposure to team handling for a minimum of 1 year Experience handling at least 4 direct reportees previously Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. High ownership mindset with strong attention to detail and system/process orientation. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
