Role Summary :-

The Technical Lead/Architect is responsible for guiding the technical direction of the project, ensuring high-quality delivery, and mentoring the development team. This role involves hands-on development, architectural decision-making, and close collaboration with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Technical Leadership - Define and enforce coding standards, development practices, and architecture guidelines. - Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and maintainable applications. - Review code and provide constructive feedback to ensure quality and performance. - Ensure timely delivery of milestones and manage technical risks.

• Architecture & Design

- Own the application architecture and ensure alignment with enterprise standards. - Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and frameworks. - Design integration strategies with existing systems (e.g., Azure APIs, Outsystem platform). - Mentor and support developers in their technical growth. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. - Using AI tools to identify the source code and business logic in outsystem to define the technical business requirements. - Communicate technical decisions and progress to non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

- Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Developer in web and mobile application development. - Strong proficiency in React Native for Web, JavaScript, C# and .NET Core. - Strong proficiency in Azure Paas Services like APIM(API Management Services) , App Service, App Insights, Blob Storage , Azure AD etc. - Experience with Azure services, RESTful APIs, and cloud-native architectures. - Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and agile methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in migrating applications from low-code platforms (e.g., OutSystems) to custom-built solutions. - Familiarity with regional deployment strategies and multi-tenant architectures. - Exposure to enterprise-grade authentication and authorization mechanisms. - Strong proficiency in React Native for Web. - Strong proficiency in Azure Paas Services like APIM(API Management Services) , App Service, App Insights, Blob Storage , Azure AD etc. - Strong proficiency in Clean Architecture(CQRS) for microservices development.
