Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to join our team. This is a full-time onsite role based at our Kolkata office, focused on CRM sales, telesales handling, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities Handle tele-sales and inbound/outbound client communication Manage and nurture leads through the complete sales funnel Conduct product demonstrations of WebMantra CRM solutions Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into customers Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and performance updates Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and client success Build long-term customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 1+ year experience in Sales Strong experience in lead management and follow-up handling Good understanding of sales funnels, conversions, and CRM usage Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Hindi speaking fluency is mandatory Experience in BPO, CRM sales, or digital product sales preferred

Job Requirements Location: Onsite – Kolkata Office Experience: Minimum 1+ Year (Mandatory) Education: Graduation Required Salary: As per industry marketing standards + bonus + performance incentives
