Hiring: Candidate for position of Administrative & Business Development Executive

NSK Home Products Pvt Ltd specializes in manufacturing handmade pickles, spices, sauces, and honeys, crafted using traditional recipes. We are looking for a dedicated Administrative & Business Development Assistant to manage daily operations and contribute to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:Administrative Duties:

- Oversee daily administrative operations, including invoicing, commercial transactions, and tax/legal compliance. - Handle government-related processes, including GST, Income Tax, TDS. - Handle GST filings, purchase and sales entries, and reconciliation - Prepare invoices, maintain expense records, and assist in financial reporting - Oversee order fulfillment, dispatch, and shipment tracking - Maintain records and reports using Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets. - Coordinate with courier partners and ensure timely deliveries - Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and customers as needed in English and in Hindi - Support office administration and general coordination - Analyze sales, marketing, and financial reports to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:

- Working knowledge of Tally / Zoho Books / Excel and GST compliance - Prior experience in accounting or logistics preferred - Basic comfort with digital tools and online shipping platforms - Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a small, hands-on team

Candidate Profile:

- Strong administrative skills with prior experience in business operations and accounts. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication in business English. - Knowledge of e-commerce operations, logistics, and government regulations (GST, , etc.) is a plus. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. - Ability to multitask, coordinate efficiently, and take initiative.
