Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify, connect with, and build long-term business relationships with clients/partners. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth by expanding our client base and promoting our products/services to other businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential B2B clients across target markets.
Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
Schedule meetings and conduct product/service presentations to prospective clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in client organizations.
Understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions that align with their business needs.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
Manage and update the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Provide regular market feedback and competitor insights to senior management.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or corporate sales (Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered).
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of sales cycles and client relationship management.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce).
Preferred Skills:
Networking abilities and confidence in client-facing roles.
Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
Knowledge of the industry or product domain is a plus.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and highly motivated.
