Job Overview We are looking for a junior

MIS & Production Support Executive

to support our production, operations, HR, and marketing teams. This is a hands-on, learning-oriented role where the candidate will initially handle MIS and reporting activities and gradually assist in improving and streamlining internal processes. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to gain practical exposure to real-world business operations in a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain MIS reports and dashboards related to production, projects, and delivery status. Track employee production data, performance reports, and task allocations provided by team leads. Assist operations teams with daily reporting and coordination activities. Support HR functions including recruitment tracking, onboarding records, attendance management, and employee documentation. Assist HR and management with compliance-related documentation and internal records, as guided. Support basic marketing-related data compilation and coordination tasks. Handle ad-hoc administrative and reporting requirements as needed. Analyze data patterns and assist in gradually improving MIS processes using cost-effective tools such as Excel and Google Sheets. Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely submission of all reports.

Requirements (Best-Fit Candidate)

0–1 year of experience in MIS, operations, HR, production support, or a related role. Strong working knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets. Familiarity with MS Office tools. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, with good communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information responsibly. Willingness to learn production workflows and work in a hands-on role. Comfortable working in a small-team, office-based environment.
