We’re Hiring: Team Lead – BPO Operations (Bangalore)

Lead a high-performing team and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced environment!

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Manage daily operations and ensure process compliance

✔ Monitor and improve key metrics: Attrition, AHT, Shrinkage, CSAT

✔ Coach and mentor team members for performance improvement

✔ Collaborate with stakeholders to meet business goals

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Any Graduate

✅ Immediate Joiner

✅ Minimum 2–5 years BPO experience in Domestic Voice Process

✅ Strong leadership and analytical skills

✅ Expertise in managing operational KPIs (Attrition, AHT, Shrinkage, CSAT)

Details:

Location: Bangalore (Smartworks)

Shift: Mon–Sat, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Sunday off)

Salary: up to ₹4,50,000
