The Role
As Creative Lead, you will be the bridge between client goals and design execution. You will own the creative strategy end-to-end - from decoding a client's business problem to writing the copy, briefing the team, reviewing outputs, and fixing what isn't working. You are not a manager who delegates. You are a captain who plays.
What You Will Do
Strategy & Project Leadership
Lead end-to-end creative strategy for all client accounts
Translate vague client briefs ("we need more leads") into precise, actionable creative plans
Write detailed Creative Briefs for every project — defining the hook, visual direction, and copy before a single pixel is touched
Build and own the content calendar across accounts
Marketing Content & Copywriting
Write high-converting marketing copy — ads, landing pages, social content, emailers, and scripts
Ensure every piece of content carries a clear message, strong hook, and a compelling call to action
Maintain brand voice and "authentic storytelling" standards across all client work
Team Leadership & Quality Control
Lead and mentor the design and content team — set direction, unblock execution, raise standards
Review every deliverable before it reaches the client: spelling, grammar, strategy, and brand alignment
Ensure the design team always knows what to make and why — zero guessing
Client Communication
Act as the senior point of contact for key corporate clients
Lead presentations, handle feedback, and set expectations on timelines and deliverables
Carry yourself with confidence in a boardroom — with a CEO, a CMO, or a startup founder
Performance & Troubleshooting
Monitor campaign performance and diagnose what isn't working (headline? visual? offer? targeting?)
Propose and implement creative fixes — pivot strategy, rewrite the hook, sharpen the message
Bring analytical thinking to creative decisions: data informs, but instinct leads
What We Are Looking For
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, content strategy, or creative direction
Excellent written and spoken English — you communicate with precision and authority
Proven copywriting ability: ads, social, email, web, scripts
Strong grasp of performance marketing: what makes an ad work and how to fix one that doesn't
Experience leading or mentoring a creative or content team
Ability to manage multiple client accounts without dropping the ball
Calicut-based or willing to relocate — this is an on-site role
