Qualifications · Minimum Graduate: MBA/PGDBM (Finance/Marketing specialization preferred) · Candidates with prior B2B Channel management experience preferred · Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in BFSI, Broking, or Wealth Management domain

Role & Responsibilities · Acquire new Equity Partners (Authorized Persons) and Wealth Partners · Manage complete Partner Onboarding and Client Acquisition through Franchisees · Drive Partner Activation, Retention, and engagement.

· Strong understanding of Equity & Wealth Markets, Derivatives, and Financial Planning · Self-starter, proactive and performance-driven · Excellent communication, convincing, and Networking skills · Competent in marketing, business development, and channel management
