Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Professional with strong experience in
the modular supports industry, MEP project sales, Industrial projects to drive sales growth,
expand market share, and build strong relationships with dealers and distributors. The ideal
candidate should have proven expertise in channel sales, B2B sales, and retail network
management, with a deep understanding of the Industrial project industry brownfield as well
as greenfield business.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development
• Achieve sales targets for the assigned territory by driving primary and
secondary sales.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase revenue and market
penetration.
• Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, and institutional clients.
• Drive business growth through both retail and B2B channels.
2. Channel Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and
retailers.
• Ensure effective product placement and visibility at point-of-sale.
• Monitor stock levels and manage inventory to ensure availability and timely
replenishment.
• Handle dealer issues, claims, and resolve disputes efficiently.
• Manage the field sales representatives and work toward achieving the targets
working in alignment with the dealers.
3. Market Expansion & Strategy
• Identify new business opportunities and emerging markets within the region.
• Conduct regular market visits to track competitor activities, pricing, and
trends.
• Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional
campaigns.
• Meet and build relations in the market with MEP consultants, Principal
contractors, Architects & Structural consultants.
• Arrange and manage regular meets with consultants in the industry for
knowledge sharing and networking to generate connections and new leads.
4. Team Collaboration & Reporting
• Coordinate with internal teams, including Design team, pre-sales,supply chain,
marketing, and finance, to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare monthly sales reports, forecasts, and business performance analysis.
• Train and mentor channel partners to drive better performance and
productivity.
Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Production/equivalent or related
field (MBA preferred).
Experience: 8 to 15 years of proven sales experience modular supports industry, MEP
project sales, Industrial projects industry.
Job Highlights:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Production/equivalent or related field; 8-15 years of
sales experience in modular supports industry, mechanical product sales, PEB Sales or
from MEP industry having strong network in Western region in India.
• Drive sales growth, develop strategic sales plans, manage dealer relationships, and
conduct market analysis.
Candidate Profile-
Required Skills:
1. 8 to 15 years of proven sales experience modular supports industry, MEP project
sales, Industrial projects industry.
2. Strong network of dealers, distributors, and B2B customers in West India.
3. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
4. Strong business acumen with the ability to analyse data and make strategic decisions.
5. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of CRM tools.
6. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
